We partner with schools who prioritize Social Emotional Learning and provide guidance with building awareness, commitment, and ownership around the work.

We work with school leaders to recruit and select an SEL Team who will be responsible for ensuring there are dedicated, ongoing efforts to implement schoolwide SEL, engage all stakeholders, and develop a shared vision for SEL.

We assess the needs of each school and develop a plan with assigned roles. We provide quarterly professional development for all staff.

Our highly qualified SEL Hope Leaders provide ongoing technical and implementation support through training, classroom observations and feedback.

We cultivate a community of adults who engage in their own social and emotional learning, through staff retreats, workshops, self care days, and professional development.

We work directly with students at "Tumaini Schools" to build their SEL skills and model best practices by facilitating school-wide SEL retreats, workshops, and interactive panels with community leaders.

We offer programming to students in our partnership schools through a Summer SEL Academy and our curriculum is effective for out of school time settings.
